That’s the concert we ended up at in Kyiv, Ukraine an evening in October. It was actually pure luck. We were walking down a random city street, when we spotted a guy hanging posters. My friend asked if there was a concert happening, and surely it was, in an hour. Before I knew it, we had bought tickets – that’s what happens when you don’t speak the local language, and just go with the flow 😀 After killing time enjoying chocolate cake dessert at a nearby restaurant, we returned to the venue (ArtArea), were shown to our seats – sundeck chairs in the back of the room – VIP treatment almost, put our face masks on, and had a fabulous time! Dali.Digital.Surrealism turned out to be an experimental digital exhibition with large scale video art displayed on the walls, while a small orchestra in the front of the room played well-known songs, of the rock, pop, and jazz genre. So much fun!!
