Yep, this is what I was given in Buenos Aires. Had it said so on my door in Auckland, considering what went down there, I would have moved out 😀 Here the only off thing that happened, was my suitcase lock malfunctioning, so a man and a hacksaw had to come by the day after. Hotel Impala is basic, but good. Best part is the neighbourhood. It is located in Retiro, near the border with Recoleta, which is a doable walk away, and right around the corner of major thoroughfare July 9 Avenue. Nice cafes and restaurants. A few shops, including grocery stores, with one selling Swedish inspired eggs 🙂 Also a mouthwatering bakery on the same block. All in an elegant setting. Staff doesn’t speak much English, but are still helpful in every way they can. Breakfast had bigger variety than some other places in the same price range, and as a former Disney employee, with Nemo and Dory as breakfast companions, I was at “home” 🙂
