I am crazy about king crab! My only chowder experience was a long time ago in Malibu, California – wasn’t a fan. However, baked king crab chowder a la Punta Arenas, Chile, I love! This was real good! Besides serving up great food, the place itself is very cool too – one of those eateries where you can leave behind a reminder of your visit, and great ambience otherwise also. La Luna I got recommended by one of the staff members at my hostel. Furthermore I overheard our guide on the tour of Tierra del Fuego suggest it to some of my tour mates too, so I’d say it’s a safe bet 🙂
