Just to let you know right off the bat, I have no experience with staying at this hostel situated in the gorgeous Pululahua Crater outside Quito. Actually, I never thought there’d be a hotel down here. What I could see from stopping by for lunch though, is a place I would have loved to call home for a while. The hostel looked perfect, with surroundings to match. Even if I didn’t get to spend the night, we did get to enjoy a nice lunch at the hostel restaurant – tasty, homemade, organic food. Afterwards we also had the chance to chill in an outside jacuzzi. Tempting, but I found the weather to be a bit on the chilly side – if you haven’t figured it out by now, I am the one who is freezing at most temperatures 😀
