It wasn’t long after arriving in Cesme, Turkey, that the cake art of Paone Patisserie lured me in. They not only look good, in the shape of the fruits they carry the taste of, but the flavour mirrors the look. I went for a mango, with airbrushed white chocolate, covering a layer of mousse, with a mango compote core. Really nice! Accompanied by Turkish tea, of course 🙂 There’s lemons, and cherries, pears, and bluberries, and more. The place is stylish, white, airy, relaxing, at least this time of year. It’s located on pedestrian Atatürk Boulevard, closer to the court house than the marina.
